Built in 1979, this Brentwood Townhouse had remarkable bones of large rooms and a beautiful view. Our client asked us to completely modernize the interior, including remodeling the kitchen and baths. Substantial structural work was needed to create a great room, and to showcase the golf course and city views.
Nestled in the foothills at the top of Tustin is this ranch house that was the perfect canvas for our client's mid-century design motif. The "to the studs" remodel updated the property to a modern design that complements the home's original integrity.
Originally built in 1969, this property hovering over the waves of Malibu, had many different lives. We opened up walls to give an indoor-outdoor feel and enhanced the coastal vibe. Kitchen and all baths were redone as were windows and floors.
